Friday, September 18th, 2026. Studio Uncle Fish, Irmo, South Carolina.
Buddy, waking up with the willingness to be a non cigarette smoker. Which is good. Obviously. How long does it last? Also, obviously, it’s a good question.
That I am willing to show up for myself is enough for me. Interesting to see how things proceed. Change is difficult.
I go for a nice walk with Derrick and the dogs.
Studio Assessment
In a progressive future, there will be a link to a tour of the glass shop.
Second pot of Folger’s, smells good in the studio.

eBay Charity Auctions
After cleaning the studio, the first order of business is national service. Read about my 100% donation eBay charity auctions program, benefiting food programs around the United States, by clicking here. Link to live auctions by clicking here.

I am unable to get my promotion idea up and running. It’s too complex just to throw together. Plus, I kind of mentioned the details to a couple of people in passing, and I could tell by the way that they were looking at me that they didn’t think it was a very good idea at all.
I have to let it go. Move on.
Etsy
Shop the Zanfirico Harold Etsy store by clicking here. You buy, I backpack.
Another situation where I have nothing to list and nothing to pack and ship.
Yikes.
Lampworking
In a progressive future, there will be a link to photograph history or plans or some shit.
I spent the evening working to advance my prep situation for the board and for Etsy. I feel like I do a decent job, but making a wide variety of prep takes time. It’s going to take some weeks to understand what expectations I can have. Variety is king. Difficult when processes are long.
Conclusion
Somewhere in the middle of the day, I freak out and go buy cigarettes. I also stopped paying attention to this blog. These things are connected.
The ability to change and the ability to move forward.
